Responsibilities

• Monitors process performance and identifies opportunities to improve yield, energy efficiency, and reliability.
• Supports collaboration with operations, engineering and maintenance teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Participates in hazard evaluations, incident investigations, and management of change including PHA.
• Supports turnaround/outage planning and post-event evaluations.
• Maintains and updates process documentation and mass balance within tolerance.
• Participates in technology advisory groups
