Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, 4+ years of process engineering experience.
- Experience in process design, implementation and optimization in industry.
- Experience with RCA, SPC and lean manufacturing tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production processes to identify areas of improvement.
- Lead baseline activities: unit health monitoring, mentoring, optimization, problem solving.
- Support TARs and project startups, startup/shutdown support and safety reviews.
- Develop scope proposals for project development and track performance metrics.
