Novonesis seeks a Process Engineer I to drive operational excellence through process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement on-site at our Franklinton facility. You will support production performance, optimize flow, and lead improvement projects across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production operations to ensure reliable product supply, quality, and efficiency.
• Drive process improvements that reduce variation, improve yields, and enhance operational performance.
• Monitor product and process performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for process, equipment, and control system issues.
• Develop and maintain product and process documentation, including BOMs, PMDs, and related records.
• Transfer new products and technologies from development into manufacturing.
• Support training initiatives and share technical expertise across the organization.
• Lead or participate in local and global cross-functional teams and technical meetings.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, statistical tools, and schedule adherence practices to improve manufacturing performance.
• Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, ownership, and operational excellence.
