Job summary

Denso is seeking a Process Engineer to turn ideas into working manufacturing processes on the factory floor in Maryville, TN. You will collaborate with Production, Design Engineering, and cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and continuously improve processes and equipment.

This role emphasizes hands‑on problem solving, safety, and cost reduction. You will lead process development, equipment introduction, and line improvements, while maintaining PFMEA and process documentation to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CAD tools and reading drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development from concept to launch on the factory floor.
• Plan line layouts, cycle time studies, and cost analyses.
• Specify, install, and train on new equipment and automation.
• Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain PFMEA, process flows, and work policies.
