Qualifications

  • Experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of heat transfer, fluid flow, pumping, piping, instrumentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient, effective, and safe manufacturing of product.
  • Improve manufacturing processes.
  • Troubleshoot plant processes.
  • Support product and process commercialization.
  • Develop continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation.
  • Identify downtime causes and suggest solutions.
  • Work closely with Engineering, R&D, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Quality.
