Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer for a well-established global chemical supplier's plant near Elgin, IL.

You will provide daily manufacturing support, troubleshoot processes, drive improvements, optimize operations and manage scale-up/tech transfer. This high-visibility role offers tremendous growth potential and a competitive compensation package including a bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemical engineering is required.
• At least 5 years post-graduate experience in a chemical plant.
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• No other degrees will be considered.
