Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Experience driving improvement in facilities, process, packaging and plant utilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple capital projects from evaluation to implementation.
• Lead design, procurement, installation, commissioning and start-up of facilities improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on scope, time and IRR goals.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to project teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and environmental responsibilities where applicable.
