We are seeking aProcess Engineer - EPMO to support enterprise project management processes, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role will focus on standardizing processes, improving operational efficiency, supporting project governance, and providing data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Develop, standardize, and maintain EPMO processes, procedures, workflows, and governance standards.
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Support project and portfolio management activities, including status reporting, KPIs, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Develop and maintain process documentation, templates, guidelines, and SOPs.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Program Managers, business teams, and leadership to improve project execution and governance.
Analyze project and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Support EPMO dashboards, metrics, and management reporting.
Facilitate process reviews, stakeholder meetings, and improvement workshops.
Ensure adherence to established EPMO policies, methodologies, and controls.
Support Agile, Waterfall, Lean, or other project management methodologies as required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in process engineering, PMO, project management, business process improvement, or a related field.
Experience with EPMO/PMO processes, governance, and project portfolio management.
Strong knowledge of process improvement and workflow optimization.
Experience with project management and reporting tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
PMP, PMI, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience working in large enterprise environments.
