Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with chemical process systems, gas handling, vacuum systems, or similar industrial equipment.
• Experience supporting process requirements, mass/energy balances, P&IDs, operating envelopes, or process system documentation.
• Experience supporting test planning, commissioning, troubleshooting, startup, or operation of complex process systems.

Responsibilities

• Support development of process requirements, operating envelopes, and design inputs for enrichment-related systems.
• Prepare and review mass and energy balances, P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and design basis inputs.
• Model process simulations using tools like ChemCAD, Comsol, Excel, and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Collaborate with mechanical design and systems engineering to incorporate process requirements into equipment and system designs.
• Support test plans, commissioning plans, and system readiness documentation.
