Process Engineer, End-to-End Isotope Systems

Job summary

Cindavi is seeking a seasoned Process Engineer to own and optimize complex production systems from design through installation at our isotope facility in the United States. You will lead end-to-end projects, balancing safety, compliance, and performance while working in a matrixed engineering organization.

You will design and specify equipment, oversee FATs/SATs with vendors, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Construction to turn drawings into operating systems that support medical isotope

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant project experience.
• Experience designing processes to achieve a desired output from inputs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of critical process systems including off-gas processing, uranium handling, and waste processing.
• Prepare and issue design packages, specs, test plans, and calculations for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with equipment vendors for procurement, FATs, and SATs.
• Coordinate with Construction to resolve field inquiries, perform site walk-downs, and inspect installed equipment.
• Provide mentorship and support to fellow engineers for effective system turnover.
