Job summary

Cindavi is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and implement electrical systems for a state-of-the-art medical isotope production facility, with ownership from design through commissioning and start-up. The project emphasizes safety, reliability, and compliance with NEC/IEC standards across all phases.

Depending on experience, this role may be hired at a senior level, providing technical leadership and shaping critical healthcare infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in low-voltage power engineering design.
• Working knowledge of NEC, Life Safety Code, Building Codes, IEEE standards, and IEC standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specifications, calculations, drawings, and test plans to support design, new construction, testing, commissioning, and facility operation.
• Partner with Procurement to source and qualify electrical equipment.
• Provide oversight and guidance to contract engineers and engineers of record for the facility’s power supply systems.
• Support Construction by processing RFIs, engineering change requests, and work package reviews, while reviewing document submittals.
• Work closely with electrical inspectors (AHJs) to ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes and standards.
