FII USA, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer in Wisconsin to develop and improve repair and rework processes, supporting production with technical troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration.

The role focuses on reducing waste, optimizing repair tools, and ensuring quality standards such as IPC and ESD are met, with opportunities to lead continuous improvement initiatives and training for technicians.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 1–3 years experience in electronics manufacturing or engineering support.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721, ESD and related quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve repair and rework process standards and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and optimize production repair processes and tools.
• Analyze process data and report KPIs (yield, rework efficiency, scrap, cycle time).
• Support corrective actions, NCR containment, and customer audit requirements.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement to reduce waste and defects.
• Train technicians on rework, inspection, and soldering practices.
• Support NPI into repair environment.
