Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve SMT and PCB assembly processes.
• Program and set up pick-and-place machines, stencil printers, and AOI systems.
• Prepare jobs for production using BOM, Gerber, ODB++, and pick-and-place data.
• Develop tooling, fixtures, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures.
• Drive quality, yield, cycle time, and equipment utilization improvements.
• Train production personnel on equipment setup and processes.
