Ruveon in Soda Springs, ID is seeking a Process Engineer to oversee day-to-day operations, maintain safe and efficient production of active ingredients, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or metallurgical engineering required or completed by Aug 2027.
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day tactical direction to safety, quality, and operability goals.
• Coordinate with planners on production timing and material availability.
• Develop and track key performance indicators.
• Investigate plant performance issues and propose solutions.
• Represent process design and execution for investment projects.
• Create and maintain operating documentation and PHA.
• Support site improvements and coaching of personnel.
