Jobot is seeking a Process Engineer to join our manufacturing facility outside Chicago. You will be a key technical resource, troubleshooting process issues, analyzing performance data, and identifying improvements to quality, efficiency, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in batch/continuous/liquid-process manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report key operational/process parameters.
• Read and interpret P&IDs and process flow diagrams.
• Audit processes and procedures against SOPs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and deviations, determine root causes.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams for troubleshooting.
• Recommend and implement process modifications to improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and plant leadership to solve problems.
