Costa Farms, based in Miami, FL, seeks a Process Engineer to lead optimization and implementation across manufacturing operations, from procurement to shipping. You will standardize processes, drive efficiency, and reduce costs while promoting sustainability and profitability.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel, Visio, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a specialization in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Power BI).
• Bilingual English–Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and document manufacturing processes throughout the supply chain, including procurement to payables, production operations, inventory management, and shipping.
• Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers.
• Interact with supervisors and workers to explore initiatives, ideas, and order progress.
• Develop innovative solutions.
• Research and purchase new manufacturing technology and prepare samples for study.
• Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining quality standards.
• Develop and implement user-friendly process documentation in English and Spanish.
