Job summary

Gehl Food & Beverage is seeking a Process Engineer to support and optimize manufacturing operations at our private label facility. You will analyze processes, drive efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with food safety standards while supporting new product commercialization.

Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams to implement Lean initiatives, develop SOPs, and troubleshoot issues. A Bachelor's in engineering and 2+ years in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Food, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
