Job summary

Isolatek is seeking a Process Engineer for our Huntington, IN facility to drive operational excellence. You will identify root causes of downtime, lead capital and process improvement projects from concept to commissioning, and expand production capabilities while maximizing OEE, throughput, and line capacity.

The role requires 2–5+ years in a high-volume setting, a Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing engineering, and Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing engineering.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Downtime reduction and equipment reliability improvements.
  • Monitor OEE and line performance metrics.
  • Lead end-to-end CapEx and CI projects from scoping to commissioning.
  • Develop standardized work, SOPs, and changeover protocols (SMED).
  • Collaborate with maintenance, safety, and production teams.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
