Job summary

Hargrove and Associates is seeking a Process Engineer to perform complete process design tasks across chemical, mechanical, biochemical, or petroleum projects. You will produce design calculations, drawings, and specifications under supervision while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates hold a BSc/MSc in a relevant engineering field, possess PE registration or CPIP when possible, and have 3+ years of industrial process design experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, Biochemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
• Professional Engineering registration or CPIP certification preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant industrial experience in process design engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete designs of process engineering assignments under supervision.
• Produce design calculations and drawings with attention to safety and standards.
• Coordinate with designers and other disciplines to ensure alignment.
• Develop preliminary layouts and cost studies for project estimates.
• Review vendor data and drawings for conformance to design criteria.
• Support fieldwork, tie-ins, and construction assistance as needed.
• Prepare bid packages and participate in client presentations.
