- Pursuing a degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Demonstrated resilience and quick adaptation.
- Curious to understand Allegion products, processes, and business practices.
- Strong listening, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Support process improvement projects by analyzing data and conducting experiments.
- Assist with development and implementation of identified projects.
- Work with engineers to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Develop concepts and drawings using Creo/AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new processes and technologies.
