Allegion in Princeton, NJ is seeking a motivated student intern in industrial/manufacturing/mechanical engineering. You will support process improvement projects, analyze data, run experiments, and help optimize equipment and processes.

You will develop concepts and drawings with Creo and AutoCAD, collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience with real-world projects. This role offers growth opportunities and exposure to leadership.

Formación

• Pursuing a degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Ability to adapt quickly and stay resilient in a dynamic environment.
• Curiosity to understand LCN products, processes, and Allegion practices.
• Strong listening, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support process improvement projects by analyzing data, conducting experiments, and identifying opportunities to optimize processes.
• Assist with the development and implementation of identified projects.
• Work closely with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process equipment.
• Develop concepts and drawings using Creo/AutoCAD modeling applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and technologies.
• Gain experience to create a foundation for growth and future opportunities with Allegion.
