Job summary
Mondi Group is seeking a Process Engineer for our Leonia, NJ plant to lead process improvements that enhance safety, waste reduction, quality and productivity. You will analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and drive initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and enable new products and equipment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline with five years’ experience or over ten years’ relevant experience.
- Experience with web handling and converting processes; coating background strongly desired.
- Experience in process improvement implementation (quality, output, efficiency, utilization, scrap reduction).
Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing and maintenance to resolve process issues.
- Analyze process data to monitor capability and maintain centerlines.
- Source tooling and complete POs for approval.
- Lead risk assessments and management of change for new processes.
- Identify cost savings and define optimal process settings across crews.
- Assist in training and development of WI and process implementation.
- Travel to customer and supplier sites as needed.
