Job summary

Mondi Group is seeking a Plant Continuous Improvement Manager in Georgia, USA, to lead CI initiatives across Production, Quality and Maintenance, driving productivity, quality, safety and cost performance. You will establish daily management, training, and SOPs, and coach teams while managing CI projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• BSc degree or higher in engineering, statistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience with lean methods (A3, 5S, Gemba, Kaizen, OEE, PSM).
• Relevant professional experience in project management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Leadership skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• MS Office proficiency; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and lead CI initiatives across departments.
• Establish standard ways of working and daily management systems with cross-functional teams.
• Manage CI projects end-to-end with clear scope, timing, and budgets.
• Ensure sustainability by communicating progress to plant leadership.
• Develop, maintain and improve processes, templates, reports and SOPs.
• Build CI capability through training, coaching, and hands-on support.
