Job summary

Mondi is seeking a skilled process engineer to support manufacturing and maintenance teams in optimizing process performance and product quality. You will analyze data to monitor capabilities, establish centerlines, and drive improvements across packaging and paper processes.

The role requires hands-on experience with web handling, converting processes, and a strong background in statistics and DOE. Travel to sites may be required, and experience in a regulated environment is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Five+ years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
• ISO/GMP regulated environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing and maintenance personnel to resolve process, quality and machine issues.
• Conduct process and product data analyses to monitor process capability and maintain centerlines.
• Perform risk-assessment and management of change for new processes/machinery.
• Source new tooling and equipment; complete POs for approval.
• Travel to customer and supplier sites as needed.
