Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Proven ability to document and communicate work effectively.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and use of statistical tools for optimization and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to support daily operations and maintain a reliable supply chain.
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, materials, and product issues using structured root cause analysis; implement CAPA.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities through data analysis, considering safety, quality, cost, ergonomics, and environment.
• Monitor and control critical process parameters to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
• Design and execute experiments using DoE and SPC to develop, optimize, and validate processes.
• Lead and support process and equipment initiatives across end-of-life lifecycle; partner with Innovation scale-up and validation.
• Develop, document, and communicate technical plans, risk assessments, procedures, and results per quality systems.
• Apply disciplined project management; provide training, coaching, and technical guidance to team members.
• Pursue ongoing engineering development through formal Gore training and mentoring.
