Job summary

Nouryon in Columbus, MS, is seeking a Process Engineer to provide technical support to the Hydrogen Peroxide Plant, driving continuous improvement and cost reduction while maintaining HSE standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the chemical industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in plant operations.
• Monitor and analyze process parameters to ensure optimal functioning.
• Lead Root Cause Investigations to identify deviations and failures.
• Support Management of Change (MOC) to ensure safe process changes.
• Ensure compliance with process safety requirements including interlocks and checklists.
• Support and lead capital projects to improve efficiency and plant performance.
