Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical processing.
• Experience with product/process development and pilot plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for diverse chemical projects from concept to commercialization.
• Guide Process Development technicians and consultants on project tasks.
• Develop formulations and processes for new or existing products and scale-up.
• Ensure documentation like batch records, SOPs, and COAs meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA and manufacturing to ensure compliance and smooth transfer.
