Norpac is seeking a Process Engineer for its facility in Longview, WA. This role is critical for the feasibility, planning, and implementation phases of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in mechanical engineering and over five years' experience in manufacturing.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $78,000 to $98,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical/vision, dental benefits, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Five or more years experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Ability to excel with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting and leading capital and maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for feasibility, scoping, planning, and commissioning phases of projects.
• Lead and organize major maintenance projects.
• Administer hazardous piping program and inspections.
