Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering preferred; bachelor’s degree in another engineering discipline required.
• Minimum of two years of chemical manufacturing experience or two to five years of relevant co-op experience.
• Ability to use software applications essential to technical performance, data evaluation, documentation, and project work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process data to reduce variation in product quality and batch cycle times.
• Drive process improvement to enhance efficiency, reliability, safety, and environmental performance.
• Support production with day-to-day activities, troubleshooting, data tracking, and changeovers.
• Lead change management for facility and processing changes.
• Partner with maintenance to support reliable equipment operation.
• Train and support production teams with technical guidance.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Safety, and Quality teams to share best practices.
• Support construction, commissioning, and startup activities for infrastructure and product development projects.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and Responsible Care standards.
