What You’ll Do

• Operate plant equipment including filters, dryers, pulverizers, pumps, reactors, and blenders to manufacture high‑quality chemical products.
• Follow precise batch processing procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Measure and stage raw materials using scales and specialized instruments.
• Monitor instruments and indicators to maintain optimal process conditions.
• Make real‑time adjustments to equipment for peak efficiency.
• Perform in‑plant testing to verify product quality.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Safely add chemicals to reactors in controlled quantities.
• Operate forklifts and adhere to all written and verbal instructions.
• Commit to safety, environmental responsibility, and security compliance, including adherence to the Responsible Care® Management System.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (required).

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, where temperatures fluctuate with the seasons - summers can exceed 100°F, and winters can be near freezing.

Uniforms, safety glasses, gloves, shoes, and other protective gear provided.

Ability to lift, bend, reach, and twist for extended periods.

Regularly lift 15-55 lbs.; occasionally lift 100+ lbs.

Roll drums weighing 100-350 lbs., some exceeding 400 lbs.

Pass vision and color/sight tests to ensure precision.
