• Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes within the Slate Production System.
• Lead process development for new and existing products.
• Support New Product Introduction by creating process flows and control plans.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and enhance process capability.
• Train and mentor technicians and operators on process standards.
