The role requires a Mechanical/Industrial Engineering background with 4+ years in process engineering for coating or bonding in automotive environments and relocation to Warsaw, Indiana with relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Process Engineering for Coating or Bonding, preferably automotive.
• 2+ years in Fanuc closure cell automation (hood, doors, tailgate).
• Experience with PTED and/or Bonding (metal to plastic) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Process Design and Optimization: improve efficiency and reduce costs in coating and bonding.
• Quality Control: establish quality standards and monitor process performance.
• Technical Support: train staff, troubleshoot, and collaborate with other departments.
