Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes.
• Provide hands-on process troubleshooting support.
• Support implementation of recipe control and process control strategies.
• Develop, update, and maintain engineering standards and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Local, State, Federal, and corporate requirements.
• Participate in RCA, MOC, PHA, PSSR, and ACT activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks in manufacturing processes.
• Support achievement of plant safety goals.
• Support KPI improvement initiatives.
• Lead or support improvement projects, including cost estimates and schedules.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering related field

High school diploma and 10 years of experience
