Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil, or chemical engineering.
• 3 years of industrial facility design or operation.
• Strong understanding of control systems and programming logic.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks.
• Familiarity of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and material properties preferred.
• Experience in anaerobic digestion a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform mass, heat, and energy balance calculations.
• Review drawings from outside equipment suppliers.
• Document integration of equipment into overall system.
• Create, review, or edit PFDs and P&IDs for major equipment or systems.
• Create detailed 3D models using Inventor, Revit, or Plant 3D.
• Assist with equipment sizing and selection based on system needs.
• Assist with component specifications including pumps, valves, sensors, and analysis equipment.
• Write process narratives for controls logic programming, operation, and automation.
• Maintain organization of plans, requirements, protocols, permits, and SOPs.
• Provide systems evaluation/performance feasibility studies for anaerobic digestion projects.
• Review data from existing systems and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Review environmental regulations and determine applicability.
• Travel up to 25% to client and vendor locations.
