Job summary

The Kinetic Group, based in Anoka, Minnesota, is seeking a Process Engineer to lead development, validation, and introduction of new ammunition products and manufacturing processes. You will partner with Product Development, Operations, Quality and Engineering to ensure readiness and commercialization.

Requirements include a B.S. in Engineering/Science/Mathematics and 1–3+ years of related experience, with hands-on problem solving and familiarity with Minitab.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics; 1–3+ years of related experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of advanced materials and processes.
• Hands-on problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with Minitab or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, validation, and introduction of new ammunition products and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure readiness and commercialization.
• Assess equipment capability, establish bill of materials, and identify process improvements to reduce waste.
• Provide technical guidance to manufacturing and shop personnel and support marketing with technical data.
