Job summary

You will collaborate across machining, metallurgy, heat treatment, plating, and quality teams, developing travelers, routings, and documentation while ensuring AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace or precision metal manufacturing.
• Strong GD&T and blueprint-reading skills.
• Experience creating travelers or process routings.
• Knowledge of machining, metallurgy, and metal fabrication.
• Experience with heat treatment and plating.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Review customer blueprints and specifications.
• Create manufacturing travelers and process routings.
• Translate GD&T requirements into manufacturing processes.
• Define machining and fabrication operations.
• Specify heat treatment and plating requirements.
• Support metallurgy and material-processing decisions.
• Troubleshoot production and process issues.
• Maintain accurate manufacturing process documentation.
• Support compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001.
