Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent project management and teamwork abilities with a drive to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing processes for thermal interface material product lines from raw materials to delivery.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to improve product quality and process performance.
• Support new product launches with process capability studies and SOP development.
• Manage process and equipment improvement projects, including MOC activities and method validation.
• Train operators on equipment operation, testing methods and standard work practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and waste reduction.
