Job summary

Trelleborg Salisbury in Salisbury, NC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance/Machine Operator support role across 3 shifts. You will perform daily walk-throughs, verify mold changes, and address issues from the daily walk-through with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will analyze the quality trends report, train operators, and create/work instructions, while performing hydraulic and pneumatic repairs and adjustments.

• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Collaborate with Production Manager on process and equipment improvements.
• Participate in process and equipment improvement projects.
• Support across 3 shifts.

Job description

Complete daily walk-through form, mold change verification. Address daily issues that are found during completion of daily walk-through. Analyze daily trends report issued by quality department. Manage hands on Machine Operator training program. Create and maintain work instructions. Punctual repair of equipment, giving priority to production. Checking and adjusting of machines, making mechanical repairs. Hydraulic and Pneumatic troubleshooting and repair. Work in collaboration with the Production Manager for continuous improvement of the process along with production tools and equipment. Participation in process and equipment improvement projects.

This position will be in support of all process across 3 shifts.
