Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a Process Engineer in Pittsburgh, PA to support the launch and ramp of production, optimize manufacturing processes, and develop assembly instructions. The role emphasizes lean, DOE, and problem solving in a regulated quality environment.

You will partner with Design Engineering on DFM/DFA, drive cost and quality improvements, and stay current with new equipment to increase capacity and efficiency. On‑site, second shift availability may apply.

Qualifications

• BS with 2+ years or AS with 4+ years or HS with 6+ years in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of circuit card assembly (CCA) processes and IPC‑A‑610/J‑STD‑001 standards.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Strong technical writing, data analysis, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in a regulated quality environment (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or AS9100 preferred).
