Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally. We are currently seeking a Process Engineer to join our HSIO Connector Engineering team. The position will be located in Valley Green, PA.
This position manages all technical and process control aspects, develop plans, coordinates, tracks, qualifies and implements assembly processes from conceptual design into functional assemblies that meet Amphenol cost, delivery, and capacity needs while meeting all customers' requirements. Develop automated processes and monitor areas of continues improvement in quality, safety, cost, and efficiency including SMED, TPM (LEAN tools) and other tasks via a structured development process. Assist with costing, capital and capacity projections in preparation of financial justifications for new products in development and for product changes or extensions. Complete process development deliverables including PFMEA's, Process Qualification Plan, Control Plans, Workmanship standards and DOE's related to process development.
