We are seeking an experienced NPI Process Engineering Manager to lead global process development teams and improve and support existing manufacturing processes and products. The ideal candidate has more than 10 years of engineering experience, strong technical expertise, and a proven ability to collaborate across functions, solve complex problems, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires confident leadership, clear communication, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
This position manages all technical and process control aspects, develop plans, coordinates, tracks, qualifies and implements assembly processes from conceptual design into functional assemblies that meet Amphenol cost, delivery, and capacity needs while meeting all customers' requirements. Develop automated processes and monitor areas of continues improvement in quality, safety, cost, and efficiency including SMED, TPM (LEAN tools) and other tasks via a structured development process. Assist with costing, capital and capacity projections in preparation of financial justifications for new products in development and for product changes or extensions. Complete process development deliverables including PFMEA's, Process Qualification Plan, Control Plans, Workmanship standards and DOE's related to process development.
