Job summary

A leading semiconductor fabrication company is seeking an individual for a full-time role in Woburn, MA. Candidates should possess a BS in EE, ME, or other physical sciences and have at least 3 years of experience in semiconductor fabrication. The role requires knowledge of thin film processes, photolithography, and strong mechanical and CAD skills. The position involves both collaboration within teams and handling of complex tasks independently, all while adhering to company values and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years applicable experience in fabrication of semiconductor and/or thin film devices.
  • Knowledge of thin film fabrication processes and equipment failure analysis.
  • Photolithography process experience required.

Responsibilities

Job description

  • BS in EE, ME, or other physical/chemical sciences
  • 3+ years applicable experience in fabrication of semiconductor and/or thin film devices
  • Knowledge of thin film fabrication processes, equipment failure analysis, thin film equipment component upgrade/modification
  • High-vacuum tool operation and troubleshoot/repair
  • Photolithography process experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Experience and knowledge on Statistical Process Control
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to the organization
  • Experience with AutoCAD a plus

Working Conditions
