Job Description

Identify gaps and correct issues in thin‑film and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Assist in quality, safety, and environmental planning while communicating complex technical concepts to the organization.

Education & Experience

• BS in EE, ME, or other physical/chemical sciences
• 3+ years applicable experience in fabrication of semiconductor and/or thin film devices
• Knowledge of thin film fabrication processes, equipment failure analysis, thin film equipment component upgrade/modification
• High‑vacuum tool operation and troubleshoot/repair
• Photolithography process experience
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
• Experience and knowledge of Statistical Process Control
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to the organization
• Experience with AutoCAD a plus

• Waste Water Treatment Certification, Hazardous Material Training

Working Conditions

• This position is on‑site
• May require occasional off‑site meetings or travel
• Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary
• Interaction with team members and external contacts is a regular part of the job
• May require occasional overtime and flexibility in work hours to accommodate the executive’s needs

Physical Requirements

• Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings.
• Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
• Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Mobility within the office environment to attend meetings or interact with colleagues.
