Johnson Matthey is seeking a Process Engineer in West Deptford, NJ to drive improvements in existing and new chemical processes. You will design reactors, specify materials, and develop control systems while training operators on safe operation.
You will update procedures, conduct RCAs, support turnarounds, and contribute to continuous improvement across safety, operability, and efficiency. A strong chemistry background and 5+ years in chemical processing are required.

At Johnson Matthey’s West Deptford NJ facility, Process Engineers report to the Process Engineering Lead in the Engineering Department and are responsible for the improvement of both existing and new processes and the implementation of innovative technology to improve safety, operability, efficiency, capacity, and yield.
