Job summary

Michelin Waterville is seeking a Process Engineer to lead optimization of our manufacturing process. The role offers training and on-the-job mentoring, with opportunities to ensure product quality, drive process improvements, and collaborate with local and global teams.

You will define quality standards, implement corrective actions, and design tests to evaluate changes in materials, equipment, and processes. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting preferred.
• Strong mechanical awareness and ability to work around mechanical equipment.
• Ability to develop digital tools.
