Job summary

Thunderbird Molding is seeking a Process Engineer to develop new processes from scratch using scientific molding principles and to continually improve molding processes plant-wide.

You will coordinate with scheduling, optimize production flow, monitor changeover times, and train staff on processes and safety to maintain a safe, productive workplace.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of processing engineering experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret safety rules and operating/maintenance instructions.
• Capability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Basic computer literacy to record production information.
• Strong attention to detail and time management; good communicator with soft skills.
• This position does not provide relocation assistance.
