Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support uninterrupted manufacturing operations and resolve issues as needed.
• Support system integration and testing activities in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Associates and engineering partners to resolve issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, and production continuity.
• Investigate manufacturing test failures using structured troubleshooting and problem-solving methods.
• Troubleshoot test hardware, software, and system interfaces and document findings.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering, NPI Engineering, and Quality on permanent corrective actions.
• Document recurring failure modes and improve troubleshooting consistency.
• Support change controls, CAPAs, NCRs, and quality system activities.
• Participate in nonconformance investigations and root cause analysis.
• Support corrective and preventive action implementation.
• Ensure manufacturing documentation and activities comply with procedures and quality requirements.

Job description

Akkodis is seeking the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with engineering testing, technical troubleshooting, scripting, or system integration through academic projects, internships, or professional experience.

This position involves working closely with Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Quality, NPI Engineering, and R&D teams to identify and resolve technical issues affecting manufacturing operations.

Pay Range: $40-$43/hr.(The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Test and System Integration

• Support uninterrupted manufacturing operations and eliminate issues when necessary.
• Support manufacturing activities related to system integration and testing.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Associates and engineering partners to resolve technical issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, and production continuity.

Test Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis

• Investigate manufacturing test failures using structured troubleshooting and problem-solving methods.
• Troubleshoot test hardware, software, and system interfaces.
• Document findings and define containment actions.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering, NPI Engineering, and Quality teams on permanent corrective actions.
• Document recurring failure modes and improve troubleshooting consistency.

Quality and Compliance

• Support change controls, CAPAs, NCRs, and quality system activities.
• Participate in nonconformance investigations and root cause analysis.
• Support corrective and preventive action implementation.
• Ensure manufacturing documentation and activities comply with approved procedures and quality requirements.

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on engineering testing, system integration, scripting, or technical troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to interpret test results and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level failures.
• Basic scripting skills, preferably Python.
• Ability to read and debug scripts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
