Akkodis is seeking an R&D / Bench Testing Engineer for a contract position with our client located in West Lafayette, IN. Are you looking to apply your engineering skills in a hands-on laboratory environment where your work directly supports the development and testing of innovative medical devices?

We are partnering with a leading medical device organization seeking an R&D / Bench Testing Engineer for a 12-month contract opportunity.

Pay Rate: 40.00/hour to $45.80.00/hour. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

R&D / Bench Testing Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Mechanical and bench testing of medical devices
• Test method execution and documentation
• Working with ISO testing standards
• Supporting product development and validation activities
• Collaborating with engineering teams on innovative healthcare technologies

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
