Job Description
One of our clients is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. The company is a leading supplier of automated microelectronic assembly machines and contract assembly services. This team is a rapidly growing engineering services and contract manufacturing organization supporting customers with complex microelectronics packaging challenges. As the team expands its capabilities and targets continued 20–30% annual growth, we are seeking experienced Process Engineers who can immediately contribute in a high‑mix, fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to develop, optimize, and execute microelectronic packaging processes including die attach, wire bonding, and vacuum soldering.
- Operate autonomously while collaborating closely with internal teams.
- Manage multiple projects with aggressive timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Chemical, or related discipline).
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with process development and documentation in microelectronics packaging or related manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated experience with die attach, wire bonding, and/or vacuum soldering.
- Experience working in cleanroom environments.

Location
Onsite 5 days a week at the Carlsbad facility.
