Job summary

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years' experience in process development in a related world class manufacturing company.
  • Lead a cross functional team.
  • Influence others and reach consensus.
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of statistics as applied to process capability measurements.
  • Effective writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
  • Work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
  • Negative drug test results.

  • Modeling, teaching, and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

Education

B.S. in Engineering or equivalent

Pay Range

Pay Range: $89,400 - $134,100 annually We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at the Process Engineer level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.

Associate Process Engineer: $82,000 – $122,900 annually

Process Engineer: $89,400 - $134,100 annually

Lead Process Engineer: $107,600 – $161,500 annually
